S.V.B.Vidyapith aims at reaching all the students of the locality by utilizing its resources. Our motto is " Education for All".
After discussion with students, teachers, parents and School Managing Committee Members Mission Statement has emerged as follows:

• In the next three years priority will be given on development of academic skills, good school attendance, development of moral and ethical values. Students will have opportunity to develop themselves in a student friendly and fearless learning environment.
• By 2022 100 percent literacy will be achieved in nearby community.
• 100 percent school enrolment will be achieved. Our school aims at providing quality education at low cost with all the basic facilities as per its capacity.
• By 2022 our students and staff members will be able to avail the basic facilities required for improving teaching learning process.
• By 2022 School attendance will be achieved 100 percent.
• Our School aims at all round development of students. Various competitions are held to encourage the students to participate. By next 5 years more students will be motivated to participate in Olympiads and National Talent Search Examination to develop their skills and knowledge.
• By 2022 the students will be able to acquire vocational skills . As we know there are inherent talents within the students , the responsibility of teachers will be to identify the students and to guide them.
• By 2022 School aims at providing Higher Education ( XI & XII) for making the students eligible to reach at their destination. School will develop infrastructure and the required facilities.
• As we feel that good conduct is needed to be a good human being in future. To make a good human being School will prepare the students with good conduct like punctuality, sincerity, sharing and caring, Discipline, Honesty, Cleanliness and helpful. The Resource persons related to Moral and Ethical Values will be invited to organise classes in the School at regular basis.

As per CBSE guidelines Co-scholastic areas are given priority to encourage the students to develop their thinking skills, and other positive attitude.

By 2022 School will prepare the students to participate in National Sports Events. Our School aims at making the students both good values to be a responsible citizen in near future.

With the noble ambition and sincere effort , the school has inaugurated at Banabharati, Koraput in the year 1991, by our beloved founder Late Sri Nimai Bhai. To provide upto date education to the children of the locality, to fan the talent of the future citizen. Initially the Vidyapith and nursery classes and evolutionary in converted into high school. Swami Vivekananda Banabharati Vidyapith has emerged a ray of hope. The dream of Nimai Bhai is going to full-fill gradually by the managing committee and the staff of the Vidyapith. The Vidyapith has a unique devoted team (both managing committee and the staff) of members dedicated themselves for the smooth running and enhancing of the Vidyapith- the temple of knowledge.

Inspite of a lot of hindrances, a small team of pain taking body member brought a revolution in the field of English education in this area. The School managing committee got support from all-Parents, Educationalist, Politicians, Bureaucrats and Businessmen along with common people. Every one reached out a helping hand to make the infant school apex a non-stop progress. As result the school became the Dynosure of every one’s eyes. Today it is ranked as one of the best School of Koraput town.
